You have probably been told by enough people now that to be successful in any part of your life you need to have goals.

Told that you need to have a personal mission statement. Have your goals captured in a certain way and written down so that they are tangible.

I also know that approaching this alone can be a little overwhelming.  Particularly if you are still wondering ‘what is goal setting?’

Getting started with goal setting
